Easy to use and order online. Missing star is for more granularity required for ordering in advance, 30 minute slots are too big: 15 (or ideally 10) minute slots would be better.

Needs email phone number, credit card details even if you're going to pay at the counter. Not worth downloading.

A bit odd that this loyalty app seems to require payment through the app rather paying at for till. Makes me a bit uncomfortable having to enter all my card details. Bigger issue though was NHS discount wasn't applied. Very pleasant staff member seemed to think this was automatic when I asked, and they even read the on-screen message. I rasied with support who just said I have to inform the staff member to apply it. Something wrong if a staff member reading the screen doesn't know what to do.
