I love using the app to pay for coffee. The cardboard loyalty card was a pain to remember to use. This way works a lot better for me. Just open up the app and press purchase in store, and it's done. So easy!!

Awesome app to use, honestly makes the experience alot easier. Can place your order at home, pay and pick it up on the way 👌 or place it whilst inline or even just use it at the window. Keeps a track of your reward points and previous purchases and use your points as you need. I don't use anything else when making my muzz buzz purchases.

Absolutely rubbish. Can't find a menu to order anything, and I was asked for my credit card for no reason at all. This app is absolutely useless.

Seemed great in theory, then I realized there's no choice about whether to put your credit card details into the app. I'm not comfortable doing this, and not ok with the idea that we only get "rewards" if we hand over our card number. Why is it needed even if I'm paying at the store?
