I attempted to recharge my mobile using my SBI Reward Points through the SBI Reward app. During the transaction, the recharge failed because of insufficient balance, but my reward points were still deducted from my account. The recharge was not successful. I request you to verify the transaction and either credit the deducted reward points back to my account or complete the recharge if possible

This Rewards Scheme is not working now(July month onwards in 2026). Although I have 1754 reward points, I am not able to recharge my mobile with these points. The Website is not opening. It requires an updated version, which I am not getting. There is no reply to my complaint from this Scheme through member support.

Love it's work by your team Options for expenditure on the reward portal are extremely degraded. Bill payment is not working. There is also a maximum capping on gift card redemption-around 70% of the payment must be made using the card, and only 30% can be paid using points. Also shipping charges are too high and the price of every item is two or three times more (compared to other sites) in SBl reward. SBI Rewards is becoming completely useless for me.
