Sir, I am a permanent user of sbi reward since long and was redeeming points frequently through app. Unfortunately, today when I was logging into my account, there appeared a message in red ink that my app is not compatible to continue due to the reason phone does not have the tech specifications required by sbi. I have more than 750 points in my account and I want to redeem it. Please suggest me a way immediately. Otherwise, the amount held in my account may be deposited into my bank account.

I'm not able to use my reward points for recharge of my mobile phone, dth as there's no option for such recharge... and the app is not enabling for mobile phone, dth recharge...my points are accumulated and getting unusable

Very, very Bad experience with sbi rewards. As no facility of recharge available except mobile recharge. This is not useful for us.

Who are you to say ?, to public that you disable your Developer Options, Are you Spyware or malware ?. Minus 1000000 star if possible. SBI Reward points had deliberately terminated “Mobile & DTH recharge.” And above that Indirectly popping-up & promoting UNWANTED online shopping. Users feels being misguided & cheated, Forcefully marketing tactics. What an unethical app & also people behind of State Bank Group & Govt. bureaucracy, The last excellent option is to Uninstall this SBI REWARDZ APP

This App has become hopeless and useless ! It is now impossible to recharge with reward points for Mobile as well as DTH service. Now it has become impossible to log in the App ! What a HOPELESS App !!!!!!

Rewards structure totally changed even the recharge not done, every gift vouchers only redeemed minimal value rest of 60%-70% amount payment from Debit card... I'm disappointed rewards structure system.
