The app is worst I have ever used in this modern tech world. Reward points are not credited on time, monthly milestone bonus for March is not credited yet (its 05th May today). Showing Zero (0) reward points for every transaction between April 16-30th (which is my birthday month as well). I have already paid the bill but still not a single monthly milestone points for April have been credited. I raised complaint on email, but still no resolution (moreover they marked the complaint resolved).

Cheap products are sent using branded titles. I received today a cheap local made backpack with no brand name on it. Mentioned price in the receipt is rs. 1250/-
