I had 11400 points (approx). I had purchased one Morphy Richards otg 29 RCD digital OTG which was showing Rs.13690. After redeeming my points it showed that I had to pay Rs.2088. But after completing my transaction with my Bank s credit card it shows the whole amount of Rs.13690 had been deducted as well as my points showing 0. I don't understand if I have to redeem my points and pay the difference amount Rs.2088. Also, the price in all the other sites showing Rs13500.00 So why did I have to pay

Fraud .otps received by sms and e-mail from this app. Though I did not use this app how I got 7 otp to earn points. When I call my branch they say we do not send otp.

Unable to use my points for mobile recharge. Most of the recharge plans are not updated. Terrible support from the Star reward team

Prices are very high for all merchandise items compared to other online platforms Vie Amazon, Clique, Jio etc. Further our profile could not be changed ourselves. And BOI Star rewards does not correct changes as per our branch account/ customer ID. Here branch too does not help to customers just directing us to communicate with star rewards' dept only
