App crashes after selecting location. Never even get to the menu.

I'm never able to place an order :(I was able to get my first order to work, but since then I always get an error message on the final screen that there was an issue adding an item or promo, or rarely that there's an item not in stock, but when I go to the location to order in person it's always fine. It's a bit too annoying to ask the cashier to put in my phone number / scan the barcode, so I rarely get rewards points and can't redeem them :(
