Love these sandwiches they truly are that best and their chocolate chip cookies are to die for wow!!! You can even take home 24 for under 9 bucks and believe me that's a killer deal.... I've never ever had a bad sandwich there and the sides are so yummy as well.... shoot everything is great there!!!!

Can't use gift cards. So, if you have a gift card, you can't use the app or earn any rewards. There is no reason that can't be added as a payment option other than to make gift cards as inconvenient as possible.

Charges you MORE if you order through the app. I tried to make a High Baggins since that's what I always get, but they didn't have it in the app or any other specific sandwich? So I put it together based off the board, and it was almost $3 more... Crazy! Also asks for a referral code when making an account, and they don't have a referral program???

Today's sandwich was horrible!! I'm totally disappointed. I ordered the 1/2 California BLT which I normally get but today, it had 1 piece of bacon, no avocado, a little and I mean a little cream cheese and I paid $1.50 extra for sprouts, and you could literally count the sprouts!! This is definitely not worth $17.88!!! I'm VERY disappointed. Usually I would rave about the sandwich, but today they fell VERY short
