I ate at Great Harvest Bread Company the first time yesterday. The location was Weatherford, TX. This was the BEST experience I've had at an eating establishment in a long time. They take customer service to a whole new level! The food? Delicious!!! Thank you for being a G-R-E-A-T Harvest!!!!! It would be nice if the app had an option to add receipts for in person orders getting the rewards. I don't find that or a code to scan when in person.

Wonderful Experience begins when entering Store! The Aromas of Freshly-baked Breads are Enticing and the Flavors are Delightful!

★★★★★ Michele Stafford · Mar 10, 2025

Love their sandwiches and the fresh bread! Staff are warm and friendly!

Horrible registration process and requires too much personal information. Shouldn't need birthdate including year. Must select birthdate from calendar, but date selected isn't what is entered in the field. Local store isn't on store favorite list and can't be type it in. Uninstalled the app.

★☆☆☆☆ Harold D. · Jul 20, 2022

Rewards show in my account, but when I try to use them the app shows no rewards found.

★☆☆☆☆ Debra Calvert · May 10, 2021

Worthless piece of garbage. Tells me to enter my information then won't recognize my number or let me sign up as new customer. Cannot move on to finish login. Waste of time.

Great Harvest has been baking bread the way it ought to be from the beginning, and we still believe in using pure, simple ingredients. Our signature bread – Honey Whole Wheat – is made from just five high-quality ingredients: fresh-ground whole wheat flour, water, yeast, salt and honey. That’s it. Over time, we’ve branched out to develop an array of products with a nod to our roots. Our bakery cafes are locally famous for their great-tasting, slow-made-from-scratch food that goes far beyond our five-ingredient Honey Whole Wheat. Including fresh-made, hot and cold sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, salads and more!
