Once I finally applied myself, setting up my account was easy, and I have yet to find anywhere that has better chicken than Pizza Ranch. Staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful, and the food is always great!

The mgr's description of what we'd be picking up was that "it's whatever we are serving at the time you come to get it". We scheduled for 8pm, walked through the door at 8:07pm. And upon receiving our 'surprise box' we realized that we are going to have to take our 'surprise' home and reheat it. We got about 2 pizzas (the sweets and spicy all mixed together) and we gotta go home to unthaw it, and that's not how it was explained to us. 4 the price tho, I'll reheat it. Basically 2 pizzas for $5.99

Thought I had placed an order for a future time only to show up, and it not has been actually placed. The manager taking my order said this happens quite often. After entering payment info the app definitely said to pick up at my designated time. Poor app design if once you submit payment you have to go back to the cart and submit it again.

Have gone 4 times to eat and none of the points ever showed up. Contacted customer support email and got no reply. App will freeze constantly and not update profile information. Great pizza but LOUSY customer support.
