Seems to be an issue with this app. Placed an order online but was unable to designate a pickup time other than ASAP. Whenever I entered a time I wanted to pick it up (anytime at all because I tried several different and none of them worked) it said curbside pickup is not available at this time. But if I selected asap, I could have curbside pickup within 16 minutes. Wasn't planning to pick up my meal in 16 minutes, but that's my only choice unless I want to go in and order inside and wait for it.

We ordered online delivery, first time eating here, but we heard good things, and they had a different variety. It was terrible! Missing sides, the chicken fried chicken was chewy and grissely, the appetizer was soggy and falling apart. We made sandwiches and chips! $60 in the trash!

Automatically adding a tip to carryout orders earned you this 2 star. Tipping culture is out of control. Tipping is optional for sitting down in a restaurant eating. Based off service. If someone wants to tip extra that's awesome.but automatically adding it and betting people won't notice, is scammy and unprofessional. I do not care how the food taste. It is your job to pay your employees♀️. Have a wonderful day.
