I love the app, but to certain KFC locations they refuse to add my points citing my app is acting up, or It's timed out, it's out of date, its saying user not found, etc. IDK why they're doing it, but it's very frustrating.

★★★★★andy ferguson· Jun 7, 2025
It's something that was needed for the amount of tike over the years visiting these restaurants, and finally we can get something back so try it today it's very beneficial trust me.
★☆☆☆☆Rob Carpenter· Nov 21, 2023
Lousy app that doesn't work. Won't allow you to scan bar code or enter code number. Waste of time.
★★☆☆☆cameron merlander· Jun 14, 2022
This app was very good but for a while now it only does accept the pizza hut barcode nothing else
★★☆☆☆SachelleB· Nov 3, 2021
I just recently installed this app, and I'm wondering how beneficial it really is. Earned over 8000 points and the reward was about $2. I've also read some of the other reviews, and I have similar issues such as not being able to scan my receipt if they forget to let me scan. I've noticed that BDR hasn't responded to any of these reviews. Customer's concerns should matter and be addressed.
★★☆☆☆Temika Black· May 3, 2024
I don't understand why there is special advertised on the app but customers are unable to redeem them!!
★☆☆☆☆Philip Bethel· Jul 23, 2024
Points deducted 3 days after a failed redeem at a participating restaurant. Sent email back to developer with no response..... uninstalled...
★★☆☆☆Arlene Rolle· Nov 3, 2021
When the rewards scan is down at restaurants, there is nothing in place to receive your rewards
