I love the app, but to certain KFC locations they refuse to add my points citing my app is acting up, or It's timed out, it's out of date, its saying user not found, etc. IDK why they're doing it, but it's very frustrating.

I just recently installed this app, and I'm wondering how beneficial it really is. Earned over 8000 points and the reward was about $2. I've also read some of the other reviews, and I have similar issues such as not being able to scan my receipt if they forget to let me scan. I've noticed that BDR hasn't responded to any of these reviews. Customer's concerns should matter and be addressed.
