Changed my personal info 3 times because each time said authorization failed. And still didn't change it.

Good concept, poor execution. It seems like this app is unfinished. There really aren't any directions except on how to upload a receipt. When you check in it gives you a code but no details on what to do with it. When I first downloaded the app it mentioned a physical card, but where do you request one? I tried to upload a receipt, but it won't let me past the directions on how to upload it. I tried to contact someone because I had trouble uploading it which only lead to another dead end.
