I'm on bond with El Amigo Bonds in Eagle Pass Texas. I've been checking in on Bailtec for over 2 years. Suddenly last Friday the App says NONE on check in. I called the El Amigo, and they had me call a Ms. Garcia and did I do what she said and assumed everying was good. When I went to check in this Friday I had the same situation. I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous timeI again called and El Amigo was very rude and said they were going off my bond, because I haven't checked in. Pleas Help.

I liked the app at first, But now I can't check in, and it won't even load the app at all. It just spins and spins like it's loading then never does.

Check in doesn't work on my note 9 but works on my fathers phone (It constantly spins trying to send in the photo on my phone). My dad lives in another state so that won't help me when he is not around.

This app supposed to let you do a few very simple task, yet it won't let you do them. This app plays with people freedom. All these complaints from years ago and they still haven't fixed it. They don't care about us. Uninstalling and just going to have to go check in personally, so I won't end up with a warrant and back in jail. Worse app ever. No exaggeration! Can't check in, log in or nothing. For months at a time. Fix this lil cheap dysfunctional app. People freedom at stake. 0 stars.
