This app LITERALLY is the difference between freedom and JAIL... yet, not one week has gone by that I haven't had MAJOR problems. It wouldn't let me check in yesterday, and last week I am not positive that it did either, MAKE SURE YOU SCREENSHOT AND RECORD EVERYTHING S.O.A... I regret not just calling an agent. And suggest it the MINUTE you have an issue. I'll keep you updated, unless I go to jail, which I saved enough proof I believe just in case. ZERO STARS BECAUSE JAIL IS NO JOKE. AND AN APP?

I guess it is ok for them, but I personally don't see why there needs to be access to my pictures and location or be able to make phone calls. I could understand knowing the location while checking in, but anything past that is invasion of my private life. I check in and then Uninstall it until it's time to check in.

Broken. Keeps saying I need to update app....auto update us TURNED ON for
this and u have available space, plus IT DOESN'T HAVE AN OPTION TO MANUALLY
UPDATE SO NOW I Can't CHECK IN!

After I reset my android phone (Moto e4 from Metro PCS, running on StraghtTalk BYOD service) the app tells me that "another device is signed in using my registration code" provided to me by my bail agent. The message also tells me that "if I wish to use this device to contact my bail agent". The phone I'm using is the same phone I've been using for this bail app.
