My app is not showing service appointment booking option and the ui is also broken.

Booked bike service through Bajaj Care App and received confirmation. When I reached the service center, it was closed (Feb 16). If the center is not operational, the app should not accept bookings. No prior notification was given and calls were unanswered. A confirmed booking must be reliable. Very disappointing experience and poor coordination between the app and service center.
