App is really good except for one thing, Booking a service. When we tap on the button the next screen comes but will be loading, it will take some time to show the map and search bar or one can switch to another app and switch back to get a fast response! Any tap on the map will kill the application and even if we search by city name or pin code the search returns no results, even with the location is enabled. Giving search suggestions would also be better.

I already purchased the bike Scrambler 400x from KTM Durgapur dealership. I booked it online paying ₹1999. But the dealership didn't get the amount and advised me to contact authority where I paid the booking amount. I already mailed the authority on 20 Scrambler 2025. Ref no-ISR-2512367. But they didn't refund amount.

I just need help, 2 months back I have bought triumph speed T4 and its meter is not working, it was not resolved in first service as well and the issue is consistent, when I called the service center they said share the video I did that but still they are not responding. No point having app if booking done is not acceptable at service center. Complaint regarding particular service is not available. Game consoles are better than this

Unable to book service. App saying I'm already having an appointment and cancels all the services I try to book.
