If I could, I would put zero stars. However, this company is not advanced enough to be allowing people to store their money without their system. I left the country and wanted to move money out of my account, but they have technical issues. I do not receive the code to my phone and therefore cannot access my money. I have called the service line over 50 times and reported the issue. Do not bank here!!!

My list of detected problems is: 1) Language appears mixed in the app (Eng and Port). 2) It's not possible to view or edit scheduled operations... and lately, that also happens on the Home banking website. 3) Please note that aggregating past and scheduled operations into "Operations History" is illogical. It should be separate, and for future operations, there should be a section named "Scheduled Operations". 4) The list and management of beneficiaries should not be within the "Personnel" section. It doesn't follow the logic of the UI. 5) The app logs out every 60sec (and does not allow reconfiguration).

User Interface is so poor, it feels that im opening an app from 2010, however the functionalities are good and enough for the user. I forgot to mention but if I try to add a widget and after that close and open the app... that widget disappears...
