Absolute mess. For a bank that is pushing customers out the building and forcing them online to transact all banking business. You have no weekend chat support. People can't see credit card transactions, app crashing, etc. charging us monthly for mediocre service and major inconvenience. Can't even get someone on the phone during or after hours. Can't log I after update. This is absolute nonsense...I had to change my password for it work

What happened to the mobile top up feature?? All up to last week I was using the mobile top up feature to send credit to myself and my daughter and now this week all I see is bills and multipay. Please update and fix the app. I really loved that feature. When I see the feature back, then I will give 5 stars

I had to drop the 5-star review down to 1 star. I have been without my debit card for more than a month. I requested for the card to be sent to a different parish for pickup because of where I'm now located. I got approved for a credit card about 2 months ago but Cibc decided to send both cards to the branch I opened the account even though I requested a specific branch. The live chat doesn't. The toll-free # requires credit. I'm heavily pregnant, without funds and cibc is unresponsive

Honestly I have been using the app for a long time now and my experience is not good at all I think this is a horrible app because it tends to stop working when I need to check on my funds or when trying to do transfer of funds like now I want to transfer some funds but the app telling me that no account is available for transfer so in clarifying cibc needs to have their app sorted out the right and proper way better I also went to the bank and the teller told me to uninstall and reinstall it.
