Myvaccount has been 🔒 locked for months, reached out to agent ask a few questions just to transfer me again and a long wait over an hour ....wow. Went to use my card at subway, funds Olathe card and wad declined... what an embarrassment...

What happened to the mobile top up feature?? All up to last week I was using the mobile top up feature to send credit to myself and my daughter and now this week all I see is bills and multipay. Please update and fix the app. I really loved that feature. When I see the feature back, then I will give 5 stars

I had to drop the 5-star review down to 1 star. I have been without my debit card for more than a month. I requested for the card to be sent to a different parish for pickup because of where I'm now located. I got approved for a credit card about 2 months ago but Cibc decided to send both cards to the branch I opened the account even though I requested a specific branch. The live chat doesn't. The toll-free # requires credit. I'm heavily pregnant, without funds and cibc is unresponsive
