App is down 2 days now. I called the bank, and it still has not been rectified. Update: It still has not been rectified, but I will call again shortly. Thank you for the feedback. 2025/08/29 update: All is well again, it's just that I'm heavily dependent on my online banking for payments, so my deadlines were missed. But I'm grateful to be operational again

The RBC Caribbean app is reliable for basics but lacks three vital features. First, NFC Pay is needed to allow phone payments instead of physical cards. Second, In-App Card Controls are essential for instantly locking misplaced cards or setting spending limits. Finally, Real-Time Notifications should alert users the moment a salary hits or a withdrawal occurs. Adding these would turn a basic utility into a modern financial tool.

App works well after they fixed the crashing issue. Credit Card transactions take way too long to update, 2-3 days usually. The only feature I'd like added is transaction alerts.

With this latest update I can't log into my account. I keep filling in the information it's requesting and still nothing. This is highly frustrating do not recommend

Wish I can select no stars have been able to log in since the upgrade, and I've sometimes been calling 35 mins and more on call waiting and still no answer... so mad with this if I have to take time off to line up at that bank I'm going to withdraw and take my business elsewhere Just got a reply email, so question RBC How I'm supposed to get my client ID number if y'all not answering the phone it's been 4 days now or more at least twice a day with a call waiting time of 20-35mims and still no an
