The RBC Caribbean app is reliable for basics but lacks three vital features. First, NFC Pay is needed to allow phone payments instead of physical cards. Second, In-App Card Controls are essential for instantly locking misplaced cards or setting spending limits. Finally, Real-Time Notifications should alert users the moment a salary hits or a withdrawal occurs. Adding these would turn a basic utility into a modern financial tool.

App works well after they fixed the crashing issue. Credit Card transactions take way too long to update, 2-3 days usually. The only feature I'd like added is transaction alerts.

App is down 2 days now. I called the bank, and it still has not been rectified. Update: It still has not been rectified, but I will call again shortly. Thank you for the feedback. 2025/08/29 update: All is well again, it's just that I'm heavily dependent on my online banking for payments, so my deadlines were missed. But I'm grateful to be operational again

Absolutely horrendous!!! Updated the app and biometrics failed. To make matters worse, it occurred on pay day, August 26th, with multiple payments that needed to be paid. A stroke of luck on August 27th, an update came out. Great it worked again along with the biometrics. Now, on August 27 in the evening, another update 3.31, it's broken again with no biometrics. Frustrating to say the least.

It's been about a month now I can't log in to my online banking I knew the app was down but almost a month now I can't log in even though I use all the necessary recommendations and still nothing it's getting ridiculous now RBC
