Essential for a new band. My daughter and I started gigging together this month and needed to learn 3 hours worth of cover songs in 6 days. This app was crucial for keeping our lyrics, chords, notes, and set lists together! Totally worth the small subscription cost! Thanks, Arlo!

Updating my 2020 5-star review. Now 5+ stars! 😎 Outstanding features, functionality and support! If you just want the basic scrolling lyrics and chords, this is a slam dunk. But the feature set is so deep, I'm now using it to trigger midi patches on other devices, lighting, and sharing my screen with my bandmates so that we're all clearly on the same page. I've seen the other software out there, nothing comes close to Band helper. Arlo and his team hit it out of the park with this one!

As a live performing musician for over 20 years, I was early to adopt technology and was the first of my musician friends to create a database for tracking songs with a tablet, but I've never seen anything like Band helper. The designer has really thought of everything a performing musician could possibly need. If you are a musican, you need this app. It's a little overwhelming and complicated at first but once you understand the possibilities, it's really incredible.

Can't log in to the app. set up my account and logged into the website. So I know it's working. But I CANNOT LOG IN TO THE APP

Continues to crash on android. App looks promising but after convincing my band to purchase tablets, cases and mic stand clamps to start doing performing "like the pros"... the app crashes on galaxy tab A and Android smartphones. App seems to perform well on only iOS. There's nothing about this in the help topics or online. Already tried deleting and reinstalling the app, crashes as soon as I get past the LOGIN. Stop telling people to submit tickets and get this app to work on Android.

Can't log in because the account field will not let me type or copy into it. The typing curser is apparently off-screen. The keyboard comes up but will not actually enter info.

Downloaded the app, I have over 400 songs from other lyrics apps backed up on Dropbox, but couldn't figure out how to download those lyrics to Band helper. Finally gave up and deleted it.
