App freezes a lot recently, or won't load any artist or venue pages, or won't show accurate tickets. It sucks because I did really like the app before things started to break, not sure what happened either :(

Needs to consolidate all alerts into one email like Song kick. Don't send me 12 emails at a time. Alerts (bell icon) in App often black screens. Needs better bookmarking of gigs; the current method violates my calendar and triggers spam requests for reviews when I didn't even go. I just want to bookmark as an option. I don't want gig reviews or photographs mixed into alerts, who cares?

Has city search, even thought the bands tell me the city, if I search that particular city, NOTHING IN THAT CITY. How can it say a band is play in CITY X, I search CITY X, and it says NO EVENTS? App is obviously GARBAGE!!

It's really nice being able to select and locate local shows where I live but over the last couple of months the app has stopped functioning like it used to, and now it just spends most of its time buffering without the use of a direct link to a specific show. Update edit for 09/30/2026: still SO MUCH BUFFERING AND CRASHING!!!
