It was a little hard to find on the site but once I did, it was easy to use. It helps to have thus when bank branch is closed, and you have to deposit a check.

This app is NOT user-friendly! I use two other banking apps, United Bank is the worst ever used. I am a major account user and will leave this bank as soon as possible.

Very disappointed that I can't set up recurring transfers on app. Even more disappointed that I can't attach my personal checking to my business checking just because my husband is primary on the business checking. I'm on the business checking, so this makes no sense at all. We are in the process of checking out other banks, so we can close all of my accounts, including business account. I've been a customer of United for over 20 years. Not being able to attach my personal is a dealbreaker.
