I love that you can save money and not be charged for doing so. They only charge you if you put your in 3 times wrong. And if you want to dispute the charge or if you don't use your bank account for 5 months, they will charge you for it. Otherwise, the rest is free.

Trying to register the app on my new phone but upon entering my details and press Submit, it highlights my ID in red saying "ID number already in use" I'm not a new user, I'm trying to register the app on my new phone, and it won't allow me

Payment between bank zero accounts was instant and now if you want instant it's charged for. Before you could do cash send. This is no longer available. When emailing help you get the quick side step with no straight answers. Unfortunately I recommend this bank to my staff

Not for me the feedback is terrible no number you call and yes it's an online bank but still the only way to communicate is via email, maybe build for the younger generation

Went through the whole process just to be forced to pay R80 for the bank card otherwise you can't open an account. Leaker skelm! Think I will stick to my other banks, thanks guys you are not there yet. Discovery Bank and Tyme Bank are way ahead of you! This is why you won't see one cent of my money!
