I love that you can save money and not be charged for doing so. They only charge you if you put your in 3 times wrong. And if you want to dispute the charge or if you don't use your bank account for 5 months, they will charge you for it. Otherwise, the rest is free.

Initially gave me a problem when I was signing up saying I couldn't choose the app pin I chose I tried countless pins, countless times, when that didn't help I left it for a couple of days, and it finally accepted the pin I tried the first time

Guys can you please respect us as customers as much as we respect you. My acc is frozen and can't use it. I have been struggling for a week just to get help, no guys it can't be.

As a new customer, the app is having serious problems as online card payments are not possible due to constantly timing out for the past 4 days. Customer service is terrible as the problem was escalated to the tech team 2 days ago, but no1 responds on the WhatsApp customer number, so 4 days later the app is still a problem and no1 is bothered to respond to at least give an update after follow-ups yesterday and today. I guess that's what you get for a non-fee digital bank🙄 Pathetic!

UI is a bit clunky not modern, and I think Bank Zero needs to work on their corporate identity. It can be improved and modernized a lot which is quite surprising as this is supposed to be a new digital bank?
