I love that you can save money and not be charged for doing so. They only charge you if you put your in 3 times wrong. And if you want to dispute the charge or if you don't use your bank account for 5 months, they will charge you for it. Otherwise, the rest is free.

Initially gave me a problem when I was signing up saying I couldn't choose the app pin I chose I tried countless pins, countless times, when that didn't help I left it for a couple of days, and it finally accepted the pin I tried the first time

Trying to register the app on my new phone but upon entering my details and press Submit, it highlights my ID in red saying "ID number already in use" I'm not a new user, I'm trying to register the app on my new phone, and it won't allow me

Went through the whole process just to be forced to pay R80 for the bank card otherwise you can't open an account. Leaker skelm! Think I will stick to my other banks, thanks guys you are not there yet. Discovery Bank and Tyme Bank are way ahead of you! This is why you won't see one cent of my money!

I am still waiting to hear from Bank Zero with regards to a payment that a merchant did not receive, and it has been now more than 14 days. Bank Zero Owes me.

This bank is useless in any form or shape it doesn't deserve any attention they must go back to the drawing board. Printing A4s is money and induction charges way exorbitant more than big corporate banks. I strongly oppose your business model!
