The experience is not the same as on iPhone though but while we used it they were reliable. The pop-up banner about the BVN prevents us from retrieving our existing account and I just feel like they had no idea who their angel investor was. We hope they closed our account when we asked them to.

With everything in you, avoid this app! Yesterday, I made a transfer of 172,500 to a kuda bank account, it showed failed on the app and on the kuda all too but till now, I still haven't received the money back to my account. There is no way to contact their customer service, they are not replying to messages or comments on Instagram or Facebook. Now I don't even know where my money is and I don't know who to ask!! PLEASE REVERSE MY MONEY! PLEASE
