Don't even try to download talking of open an account my money has been there more than 6 days now, yet they are still on downtime. They go on downtime for weeks and hold your money hostage. Poor banking

Pomona refund my money, I have been using this account since 2021 with no issues until now. My money is stuck, no outward transfer but inward transfer is successful. Are you now withholding customer funds and carting away with it?

It's a terrible experience banking with this app. I transferred excess of N50,000 into my Pomona wallet, and it's stuck ever since. I have filled the upgrade tier 2 but not going at all. Their customer care too is so poor. I will not advise anyone to put their money in Pomona unless they improve.
