I have messaged Pomona support like 24 times and dey keep redirect to different team, and I keep repeating the same step. With everything in you, avoid this app! Yesterday, I made a transfer of 172,500 to a kuda bank account, it showed failed on the app and on the kuda all too but till now, I still haven't received the money back to my account. There is no way to contact their customer service, they are not replying to messages or comments on Instagram or Facebook. Now I don't even know where my money is and I don't know who to ask!! PLEASE REVERSE MY MONEY! PLEASE
