I have heard about the loan app, and it's very nice, i just got it right now, and they have given me 48 hours to verify my details and get back to me, I pray that dey should give me what I want because I have seen some that as taken a lot of money from this app, you should try it to, and it will work for you, I promise you that, umba is nice and good it helps you in your personal life, and it's very easy to take loan from the app just go to Google play and get it done thanks umba God bless you.

I want to repay my loan but the account number provided is not reflecting on banks apps. Fix this issue and customer service is poor

The app is so frustrated when it comes to repayment... I had a bad experience that I didn't expect in my life because after I make a repayment to the wema bank that was sent to my email this app has not clear my loan since some days ago after showing them my details of repayment and this is already affecting my credit score everywhere.... their system when it comes to repayment are very poor even I can only rate them zero star because this app is wasting of time when it comes to repayment.

I have enjoyed this app before but currently experiencing a nightmare, I couldn't pay into my designated in-app wallet, so I reached out to support, I was provided an alternative Umba account which I made payment into but it's not reflected, and I keep getting reminders that my loan will soon be due. I sent mail twice to support, call the customer line but all to no avail. I have kept the receipt of the transfer I did, I am not paying any extra dime, and I don't care if the loan overdues

They are worst since two months I have opened account with them, they have not given me my virtual account number I have tried all my possible best to chat them via all social media platforms and on the app but doesn't yield if they really need potential customers they should be responding to customers promptly, do snappy in everything they do and loaning customer money as they are paying the loan they should be loaning them huge amount quadruplet the amount they have previously paid simple.
