App updated and now no longer works properly. My husband even called the bank and ended up with a rude lady at the Oxford office snapping and hung up on him. He only asked her a question and was not inappropriate towards her. ******* UPDATE.... Joanne from Oxford called to follow up. She was very nice and situation has been fixed! For this I will bump them back to five stars for customer service instead of 1 for a malfunctioning app and inappropriate staff.

The new update they just did, doesn't allow me to use the app at all! I can't log in. I have to use the web browser version to see my account but, I can't deposit checks like the app lets you do! I talked with customer service, and they said, the app only supports Android phones that are version 14 or higher! They must think all their customers must be rich, to have new phones, and anyone who has an earlier version, can pound sand! I really hope you fix this, or I'll be banking elsewhere!

Ever since the recent update, I can't log in, it just sits there and spins. I might actually get into my account 1 out of 50 tries. Absolutely horrible update. I love my bank, but they need to get this fixed.
