This app is widely used, but it has serious issues that need immediate attention. Logging in is a frequent problem—after entering my number, I often don’t receive the OTP code, which is very frustrating. Customer support is also terrible; they never respond to concerns or provide proper assistance. With strong competitors like Mas riv and Sadad offering better services, Bankily must improve its functionality and customer support urgently, or it risks losing users to these alternatives.

Very sorry I'm one of the most ancient client for bankily, but I'm sorry to say it's very bad app, most of the time blocked and slowly service with losing connection. Please try to work hardly on it. Finally, I like blankly app and I keep using it
