The app feels like an infant trying to walk. I will start by saying that this app does bring better experience to mobile banking then their website does. I have been using this app for about 4 years now and the first 3 years where very hard to deal with. I've had to reset my password multiple times it is hard to obtain the statements after going paperless. It has kicked me out at random times. to top it off I can't get into it anymore it won't load up and it's not working as of today.
