Incredibly slow to load anything and often fails to load various labyrinthine areas of the app. It actually makes me want to leave Banner altogether and find a different PCM who uses a functional portal.

This app has no continuity! If I get a text from UHC about anything medical....labs, X-rays, appointments, etc...the link in the text takes me DIRECTLY to the item. whereas your links from text take me to a blank page! I then have to open the app and SEARCH for the item. "A new document" is such a vague phrase that I cannot find stuff most of the time. Can you not fix this and do better???

This App is the absolute worst! Password problems abound, signing in for my appointment is impossible. Tomorrow's appointment isn't even listed as well as numerous past appointments. I rate it a -1 out of 5.

I receive messages, I go to the app, I can't get logged in for hours. When I finally do, I can't find the message, or I have to search around for it. It's never been an easy app to work with.
