Pos bank. Pos app. Pos customer service. They make those pos Walmart banks or prepaid accounts look like high quality premium institutions. Can't regularly check to see how much I got frequently logged out, and then it doesn't remember your password. The only benefit is so far no bs hidden fees, and it sends you a bunch of irrelevant emails too. Atp you're better off carrying a wad of money instead 👎

Doesn't work with Android 17. Keeps crashing and the bank seems not to care. Further and considering the response Banorte IT team lies with their recommendations they know they have a problem with the app, yet they decide to hide it.

I am having trouble logging back into my account it's asking me give permission for location and when I do the app does not advance it keeps sending me back to put my whole information over and over its frustrating and useful !!!!
