I don’t understand why screenshots are disabled everywhere in the app. What is the benefit? For example, why can't I screenshot my term deposit rates? I can find the same info on your website and take a screenshot there without issues. Why is this "sensitive" only in the app? This dogma lacks logic and makes the app less user-friendly without providing real security. Please, consider improving the app.

Hard to find payment history You have to tap the account balance for payment history. No labeled button. Also, needs to be updated very frequently or functionality gets limited. Thankfully, not very picky about GSF.

Excellent, reliable and fast app No English, despite many foreigners use it. Fingerprint deregisters itself suddenly and exactly when you need it the most. App is deteriorating in UX. I am unable to move money between accounts with drag & drop because it will scroll till maximum top or bottom height. Aneta AI quite works, that's the only good news.

Sometimes the payment is not sent, after if I confirm it with fingerprint, the waiting spinner just spins, and it only helps to restart the app and trying to send the payment again. Not good for bank app...

I don't understand why they never use the English language for it. It's so disrespectful for your clients that u force them to use this app only in Czech the worst ever
