★★★★★ Great bank app, everything you need is there and easy to find! I have just one annoyance - loading a receipt from some store app (for example exporting a receipt from Albert app). Would it be possible that instead of loading the receipt to šanon and then manually adding it to the payment you could just add it to the payment directly? (adding an option to add to recent payments instead of loading to šanon and then adding it). With that it would be 5/5 app!

★★★★★ Working very well, only thing I miss is the Sepa pay order, it should be automatically included, for example, we are using only sepa in Austria, even for domestic payments and works like a charm 🙂

★★★★★ App is great and easy to use but would be nice to have an english version as it will be easier for expats like me to use the mobile banking app.

★★☆☆☆ I like the bank and the way things goes smoothly... But this closed mind about translating the app is incomprehensible... Focusing on the CZ market, yes, but the reality is different, many foreigners, even more now. Considering Air Bank being an online bank, and considering the price of translator, I believe it would be a win/win, even more when competition is offering app in English

★★☆☆☆ It doesn't let me confirm my online donation for baby rhinos, I want to save baby rhinos. 0/10

★★☆☆☆ The app is great but why and why and why it takes so long for providing English support on the app? Really is it that hard? A huge number of your clients are international students so why it takes so long to do so? Just put English support, and you'll see how your clients would increase! It's not that hard. Just do it!
