I'm really frustrated, I opened a money market account so that my SASSA SRD R350 grant cud be paid into it, all was well even received 2 payments&withdrew it&then October month got a sms confirming that my grant is in but when I tried 2 withdraw it then it says account not verified. NOW HOW THE HELL DO U ALLOW ME 2 WITHDRAW 2 PAYMENTS THEN ON MY 3RD ONE U TELL ME ACCOUNT NOT Verified top it all off I sent my documents&until now nothing&Nov. month was just paid in&i depend on that money.

The Shop rite app is becoming difficult to use because of constant login problems. Almost every week I have to verify my account again and take new photos because the system seems to forget my login details. I am often redirected to MMA Help instead of being able to access my account normally. This is not a user issue; it appears to be a system problem that keeps happening repeatedly. The repeated photo verification process is frustrating, time-consuming.

I can rate you, I came 3 times to shop rite asking for my state's my Sassa pension, but invading Somebody at OUT DURANCE WHO KNOW HIW TO PRINT OUT THE STATEMENT WAS OFF, SO CUSTOMERS MUST SUFFER, eg, ME.
