Increase basket limit Satisfied w/ app for the most part. Suggestion to increase the basket item limit to at least 46 instead of 35, it is much too limiting.

The app is convenient for me, it was quick, the driver maintained his cool even after a messed up location, however the item I bought (butternut) was rotten. The shop (Checkers) Empangeni San lam center must be dealt with baphathi.

I have been using checkers app for a while now and nothing wrong, but it irritates me so much when I chooce a product like Mince, chicken and the pricing says for example 70 rand for 300 to 500g. When you say the price make sure that is the actual price or less the customer is going to pay!!! I hate seing that more money is withdrawn after I already paid for the products, delivery fee and paid a buffer amount. It makes me not want to use the app and rather go in store.

Slow, often fails to open, freezes, so you have to uninstall and install again mid-order. App experience sucks, but the delivery is super quick. Your drivers are top class, your app is letting you down. What a pity.
