Downloaded the app, attempted to order online, and kept getting error code 359: invalid customer ID. No explanation anywhere.

Decent app but a few serious flaws. This app is easy enough to navigate, but there are 2 key issues. Almost every time I order through the app the order is not ready when I pick it up even ordering 25 minutes in advance. Many times I walk in to an empty restaurant and tell them I have a mobile order and only then do they start making it. The 2nd issue is that when you select a card it places an order without confirming. When you pay it places a second order. This has happened 3 times to me.
