Love the food. Love the people. The app not so much. My kids love eating at the restaurant, but the app doesn't allow them to order their favorite. Chicken & cheese quesadilla. No option to add shredded cheese to the chicken. According to the description they should add cheese & guacamole, but they don't like the green stuff. Unfortunately, no way to remove it. 99% of the time when ordering the chicken quesadilla, through the app, they forget to add the cheese. Disappointing.

The food was very yummy, the rice was soft but not to soft, just the best and perfect texture, I didn't really care for the corn, but it was good, the guacamole was delicious, andt he chicken was very well seasoned, not just dry, I really enjoyed the food, especially the burritos, very recommended to get or eat at this place!

Got scammed with an gift card deal. They said buy $50 gift card and get free $10 gift (but only in August for some reason, then it expires.) well it's August and I can't use either at all. Supposedly I'm ordering from a place which accepts gift card (airports/campuses don't count.) I've followed all the rules and both on the app and on the website there is no gift card field to pay with gift card. I've tried delivery and pickup, but the field doesn't exist anywhere. Scam. I'm never going again.

6/10/26 I couldn't check out because they put the checkout button in the very bottom of the screen in my navigation buttons. Everytime I tried to check out I pressed the home or multi button

If I could give negative stars I would. The app refuses to actually place orders, while still drawing money (they will cancel the transaction after a while but still), this is a recurring issue that has been happening for years, it also likes to double charge your card and, even if you have the money for the order, if the 2nd charge fails it will refuse to place the order (while still holding the money from one of the charges for a long while).

Ever since the last update, I can no longer login to this app to accrue or use rewards. I can order food just fine, just can't make it count. Very disappointed.
