Loving the app, great place for all my discount codes and stamps. Amount of offers are great and keep me coming back

Great little app just scan and get free food. Winner Burrito Dinner.

I'm a regular goer to Bar Burrito, so I was so happy to see they had a Rewards app. The app works perfectly, and I got my first free side today so lunch was very fulfilling. Delicious food and a loyalty program what's not to love? 😊

Can't tap off offers once click on them to make message/dialogue box go away! Only can tap on small band at bottom of offer message, cos pressing anywhere else off message/back button on phone doesn't work! Not intuitive. Please fix!

Every few days the app gives me a notification telling me I have a £5 burrito to claim. When I try and claim it I get told there is no such offer. Yesterday it told me twice, this morning it told me again. It has been doing it for months now. I tried to let the support team know, but they just fobbed me off. It's a shame cos the burritos are great.

Got 9/9 stamps on first card and 3/9 on second card but the tills said I had 0 points and coudlnt get free burrito to work. They advised using the contact us in the app. I have but it's been several days and not heard anything. App is useless if you collect all the stamps and offers DO NOT WORK AT ALL. (also it's got my birthday wrong, so I never got my free birthday buritto either, and I can't change it. Yet I defo entered it correct when I signed up but it's months off!

The home page of the app is empty. There's no section for stamps or rewards so the app seems pretty useless tbh.
