Love the app, easy to use AND love the restaurant - it is just delicious, well-prepared food

The BEST place on earth to me right now. The mesquite chicken is amazing and the mesquite chicken southwest salad is to die for. I go multiple times a week for bowls, salads, burritos, and tacos. The app is super easy and user-friendly too

The app crashed, very messily, after I clicked order. It blinked a few times and then an android error message popped up saying something like "California Tortilla keeps crashing". The order went through fine (I think), but it was scary and shows that this app isn't very sound, structurally. I don't think I trust it to make orders in the future unless they make some big changes, and I don't think anyone else should, either.

So hard to order now. Order 3 tacos, and they all have to be spelled out when they are exactly the same. Go back to what you used to have

We LOVE cal tort and used to use the ap to order dinner & pick it up on the way home from work. A few months ago something happened with the ap, and we can no longer order from our previously saved "favorites". We cannot see order history or anything besides elito bucks & locations. We are a family of 5 and the ap issues have definitely decreased the number of times we have enjoyed cal tort. Please tell me you are fixing this soon. Based on the reviews it seems like many are having the same issues.

Not user-friendly for ordering. Often won't take gift cards, and when a gift card does go through, it is not show on the order. If you split between a gift card and a credit card, you have waited until you see the printed receipt to discover if it actually credited the gift card or put all on your credit card. Don't understand how someone could develop something so lacking in this age of technology.
