Forget your refunds, you won't even get your return money back. Very unsystematic and have to call after each order for days to simply get your own money back. The unprofessionalism is astounding, with extra charges, wrong calculations, wrong items, and unresponsiveness after so many calls and talks. Don't bother wasting your energy and money on this app. Highly recommended.

The total amount and vat amount are adjusted according to their own need and timing with no calculation. They change the amount mid-way and even at the end in front of our own eyes. Even their own calculation for the VAT and total amount doesn't match in the receipt. I know you are money hungry, but at least be smart if you want to fool the customers.
