New version update! Changed my rating back to 5 stars! I'd give it more stars if I could! Not only has the crashing completely resolved but they have added a bunch of new layers to the map. I used to get basic information on the current conditions from this app but had to switch to the NOAA Storm Prediction Center site to get the future outlooks. Now I can get all the information I want in one place!!! The addition of SPC severe storm and tornado outlooks makes this truly my dream app! The only thing that could make it better would be enhanced lighting strike data but I'm completely happy with what has just been done! Thanks Baron! Old review: This has been my #1 go to weather app for years until the latest update and now it crashes each and every time I try to open it. This has been my absolute favorite, most used app that I have ever had and now I can't even use it! I'm hoping that it will get fixed so that I can change this review back to the 10 stars that I would have given it d

I use this app every day. The composite radar is nice, not having to select radar sites, and the free ENTLN overlay is also a great touch. The BTI tags are informative, if you're familiar with BTI, and the specific alerts work as expected. One thing I would like to see added - Anyone who knows Baron, knows Baron's product line, and what they're well-known for. The voice alerts are missing. Baron, you know exactly the ones I'm talking about. Can a future update finally tack the "strong storm" voice warning onto dangerous storms, and the "twisting storm" voice warning onto twisting storms? Maybe throw in those nice rotation indicators? I would say that yeah, that's advanced stuff, and if you want Baron and advanced in the same place, you'd get Threat Net, but let's be real - No one can afford that, and even Threat Net doesn't have those alerts.

Description says app has capability of selecting alert notification types. This is false. I can't select anything so I'm getting lightning alerts from 15 miles away, that rain is approaching or storms are entering the area. I will have to remove app because of this. Thunderstorm season is just starting here and my phone is going to be spammed with alerts. I'm not going to sit and delete a bunch of garbage. EDIT: I've had to delete 3 unwanted alerts while writing this.

Could be a great App, but it crashes a lot. Plus, at times, it locks-up and I have to delete 'Data' to get it working again. At times, I have to set it up all over again, due to my settings and locations being wiped-out. 😡 I have the Samsung Galaxy J7 Crown.

can't change location for my home. Keeps saying tupelo Mississippi is home, but I don't live in tupelo Mississippi. can't delete locations
