I've been subscribing to this app for 1.5 years and absolutely love it. I'm at the age where, so I need resistance training to keep my muscle. Jacquelyn has figured out a way to do this in such a fun and varied way. It never gets boring, and I'm finding muscle I never knew I had. The app is full of programs, like Ab Rehab and 90 Day Barre, as well as a monthly calendar with monthly challenges. She recently introduced a weight loss guide with some creative monthly meal plans. Love it!

Having issues and no way to contact anyone. I've paid for a whole year and now when I try and log into my subscription, it keeps asking me to pay. I'm paid up until Dec. 26, 2025 soooo who do I contact to get access to my subscription? Once its handled I'll change my rating

Intermediate and Advanced. Not good for people recovering from any type of injury. There isn't much instruction with how to do the moves properly, few tips on how to do moves properly. Examples of the exercises are not given before the exercise begins.

I love Jacquelyn. But, please don't bother trying this app. There are many glitches in the app and on their website. Their tech support plays games and will fix things and make it look like it's your fault. Also, all of these videos are old. She just rotates and recycles the same videos to create a schedule every month. Her 90-day beginner program is very repetitive. It is more affordable than others, but it's because she doesn't update her videos very often. Just go on YouTube for free.

Took another payment on dec 12, 25, when I cancelled the subscription in March 2025. Not sure how she had access to my credit card after removal, plus no way to find out how she took payment.
