Brilliant app with a choice of step, cardio walks, yoga and weights. Filming in different locations is much more interesting than watching someone in a studio. Jenny is amazing so engaging and energetic I love her workouts. App is easy to use with loads of content, monthly challenges, a community and the ability to create your own playlists and work out calendar.
