2026 Review After reinstallation of the application, and selection of a saved payment, error message that client number is incorrect!! I started the payment from begin then selected Schools, Tuition fees and inserted NID, same error !! Payment failed 2024 review All time after log in it gives me an error message "Login session expired" ... And I can't make any payment

The worst app. I cannot get my money back, and I can't charge my electricity card. I made a complaint by calling their call center and every time I call them they tell me that someone from IT will call you. I have been waiting for their call for almost a month. I don't recommend this app which is called Basata.

I don't recommend this app at all, Stay away from it. My money was withdrawn from my bank account but the electricity card was never charged. When reported it to them unfortunately they didn't resolve the issue and my money was gone.
