If you’ve got the basics and want to unlock the planche or front lever, we’ve got you covered with tiered general and skill-specific programs.
TRACK YOUR PROGRESS All of our programs have baseline and progress tests. These include a combination of general strength measures (push, pull, and lower body) to track long-term trends, as well as specific tests relevant to each program’s unique goals. Upon completing a program, compare your results to see how much you have improved.

A great variety of programs all in the one App for different levels and skills, and includes progressions. App functions cleanly. Some minor suggestions are to fix occasional video freezing and include menu with list of all programs.

They promise 90 days free trial with the purchase of their equipment, but in order to get it you must enter your payment details. This is not how the free trial works, guys.
