Ok to book and take your money, but will not work when I actually need the boom gate to open, so I can start work. Believe me, I've tried everything!! Uninstalled app, made sure Bluetooth is clear etc. Terrible and stressful !!! Not a great way to start your work day

Used to work now it doesn't. Half the time it tells me that the car park is full when it's not. I got parking ticket because I had to park on the street. Absolutely useless 😔 customer service is pretty poor too

Crashes when trying to manage bookings. Which means you can't cancel bookings. Uninstalling app and reinstalling doesn't fix the issue.
