Can be consider add an option for during pickup can without packaging fee. If there is only one cup of purchase, the app have no option to choose "without packaging". So far the app average is good and the above mention just my user experience. Cheers!

VERY, VERY BAD APPS. SHOULD NOT HAVE IN GOOGLE APPS. I TRY to ORDER THE SAME THING IN SHOPPE FOOD AND GOT THE RIDER BUT These APPS HALF AN HOUR COULD NOT FIND THE RIDER AND THE APPS CANNOT SHOW STATUS OF OUR FOOD. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Apps become obsolete. Tried payment via cards, I need to reenter card details every time I want to check out my order. Failed to do one time, order become pending payment. Clicked the order, cant proceed payment. End up I drove straight to the branch and order at counter.

Order pick up using app but counter not received. Need to reorder at counter. Defeat the purpose of the app. Better order using food delivery app

At the counter, I saw the price for using apps is cheaper than purchase directly. So I try to order pickup using the apps to get maximum discount. Unfortunately, its end up I can't pay using the loaded amount in its wallet, and thus have to pay more expensive counter price, b'cos it said the outlet is already closed lol. Best part is, it can't even accept their own wallet at the counter have an amount of money stuck in their useless wallet that can't be used anywhere else! How is this legal?
