The app will no longer let you enter your profile unless you add an email. I will not be keeping Netflix any longer since I only use it on my phone and this new update makes that impossible.

Soaring subscription prices, a flood of mediocre originals, frequent cancellations of fan-favorite shows, and the strict crackdown on password sharing. Netflix has fallen soooo hard in a world with a plethora of other streaming service options.

I used to love having Netflix on my phone, but this latest change has completely turned me off the app. Netflix is now requiring me to add an email address to use the mobile app, even though they already have an email address associated with my account. They claim it's for personalization and easier access, but neither of those have ever been an issue. Netflix has always been able to recommend content based on my viewing history, and I've never had trouble accessing my account. Deleted.
