Up until 2 days ago, this was a 5 star game. Then it suddenly stopped loading at 50%. I have uninstalled and reinstalled - no change. I emailed the support email. The response was to go to a link in order to troubleshoot. I went to the website, which was simply an FAQ page, but no way to contact anyone when all their "troubleshooting" had been done, with no result. Can someone please look into this and/or fix it?? I love this game!! Update: I STILL CAN'T GET PAST THE LOADING STAGE!

Until a few days ago this was totally even a 6-star review game but when I finished weenies' jnr shop at the beach the next thing that was supposed to unlock was the sand castle restaurant, but instead Larry's juice gym was the one that got unlocked, and I couldn't even play after days of trying to get it to work by reloading, force stopping and what not I finally lost all my progress with one huge lag and crash now I'm starting all over please fix this before I get to that point of the game again.
