The ease, convenience, friendly drivers are the only things keeping this review from being below 4. I said convenience, but it's only slightly convenient. It keeps putting my address wrong and if I'm not out there or if there's an issue I can't see them to know something is wrong. Plus this only one day schedule ahead is frustrating. By the time I schedule one, either get one to my destination I'm an hour plus early or 45 min late. 90% of the time I can't schedule one back.

Tried the app multiple times. Finally gave up and called. The guy I talked to said I had to do it through the app. He then told me there wasn't enough demand which is why I couldn't get a bus. He went on to tell me about all the empty buses they had. I assume he meant no drivers because demand was low. I now have to find a new job because I can't get to work. Thanks, Bata

Yesterday kept putting in wrong address, and after I put in the right one it took it off and put the wrong one back on there after I put the right one on about 10 times, dumb and dumbly designed.

I prefer the old transloc app. This one is not efficient at all. It's an absolute pain to get a ride when absolutely needed. They always say seats are full or booked, but they aren't. You'd have better luck with Uber more than you would bata
