Very bad service. I have to wait for 1 hour 30 minutes for the batery. Call customer care 4 times to follow-on technician. According to customer care representative, technician already out after 30 minutes ordering. But actually the technician didn't. The communication between HQ and technician very lousy. The technician only out for delivery after 1 hour 15 minutes with excuses of raining day
