The app either has permanent notification turned on with default sound (not silent notification) and then it makes a chime sound every few seconds (instead of making sound only when discharged/overcharged) or it is completely silent (when you turn the permanent notification off or put permanent notification into silent mode), not informing you at all (despite tuning off battery optimization).

Please add feature of loud alarm tone when the battery charging reaches a certain level. Without this feature is app is good for nothing. Because battery indication feature comes built in.
